Connecting Hydraulic Hoses
Attach the hydraulic hose that is running under the runway remove the nut, feed through
the hole in the side of runway and use nut to tighten. Note: Before feeding the hose end
through the runway make sure fitting is tight. Use adjustable wrench to hold the fitting
under the runway as you tighten the outside nut.
Note: Using a 19mm wrench, tighten the fitting on the motor before attaching the
90-degree fitting. Using a 19mm wrench, attach the 90-degree fitting in the 5 o’clock
position to the motor. Make sure both fittings are tight. Attach the straight end of the
hydraulic hose using a 19mm wrench to the fitting on the side of the runway. Before
tightening adjust the hose so that it is not in contact with upright post. This is key as the
cross beam will travel up and down this upright post. Using an adjustable wrench to hold
the back side under the runway, tighten the 19mm fitting. Make sure all connections are
tight.
