No milk comes out of the
machine.
The automatic milk frother
is dirty or not assembled or
installed correctly.
The hole of the milk tube
connector is blocked by milk
residues.
The milk type used is not
suitable for frothing.
The milk temperature is too
high.
Clean the automatic milk frother
and make sure it is correctly
assembled or installed.
Refer to “Cleaning the milk
container and connection milk
tube” to clean the connector and
make sure all holes on connector
are clean. Use needle or bristle
of brush to clean the hole.
Different types of milk result in
different froth amount or thick-
ness. Semi-skimmed or full-fat
cow’s milk gives good result.
Use cold milk at a temperature
around 5°C to ensure the best
result.
The hole of milk tube con-
nector is blocked by milk

not cleaned for a long time.
Soak the connection milk tube
into warm water for an hour, fol-
low “Cleaning the milk container
and connection milk tube”, keep
using frothing milk function to
clean until water comes from
dispenser smoothly. Use needle
or bristle of brush to clean the
hole.
Milk sprays out the table. Milk dispensing tube is not
put in place.
Make sure the milk dispensing
tube is connected correctly with
milk container and coffee spout.
Descaling indicator keep as-
hing even after the descaling
process.
Decaling process is not
completed.
Please be patient and wait for
the process nish. The machine
will shut off automatically. Do not
switch off the machine manually.
The icon is still on, but
the tray is empty and in place.
It was emptied when the
machine was off.
Make sure the machine is on.
Remove the coffee ground tray
for at least 5 seconds, clean and
dry if needed.
Put it back.
