Why won't my Williams 4007332 shut off when it reaches temperature?
    • R
      Russell SummersJul 31, 2025
If your Williams Furnace operates but doesn't shut off when the room reaches the set temperature, there might be a problem with the thermostat wiring. Check the wiring between the furnace and the thermostat, looking for shorts caused by nails or staples. Another potential cause is the thermostat's location. If it's on an outside wall or exposed to cold air from a hole in the wall, consider relocating it.

      Gregory HillAug 10, 2025
If your Williams Furnace operates but shuts off before reaching the desired room temperature, the issue could be related to the thermostat's location. Ensure the thermostat isn't positioned in the direct path of warm air from the furnace, near a lamp, or above a TV or stereo. Alternatively, the thermostat itself may be defective, requiring calibration or replacement.

Why does my Williams Furnace burner turn off randomly?
    • K
      kristencameronAug 20, 2025
If your Williams Furnace burner comes on but goes off for no apparent reason, the vent and air inlet tubes may be improperly installed. Check these tubes, ensuring they follow the installation instructions, are tightly joined, and are correctly placed. Use only the provided vent tubes and avoid extending them.
