Installation and operating instructions Wilo Motor T 17.3, 20.2:, EMU FA, Rexa SUPRA, Rexa SOLID 99
ƒ Vary the pulse frequency of the frequency converter.
ƒ In the event of a fault in the internal sealing chamber control, use the external
double-rod electrode.
The following construction measures can also help to reduce or prevent faults:
ƒ Separate connection cables for the main and control cable (depending on the motor
size).
ƒ Keep an adequate distance between main and control cable during routing.
ƒ Use shielded connection cables.
Summary
ƒ Min./max. frequency during continuous duty:
– Asynchronous motors: 30Hz up to rated frequency (50Hz or 60Hz)
– Permanent magnet motors: 30Hz up to the stated maximum frequency as per
rating plate
NOTICE!The maximum frequency may be below 50Hz!
– Comply with the minimum flow velocity!
ƒ Observe additional measures with regard to EMC regulations (choice of frequency
converter, using filters, etc.).
ƒ Do not exceed the rated current or rated speed of the motor.
ƒ It must be possible to connect the motor’s own temperature monitoring (bimetallic
strip or PTC sensor).
