Why is there poor or no water pick-up with my Windsor Scrubber?

  Several issues can cause poor water pick-up in your Windsor Scrubber. Check for debris caught on the squeegee and remove it. Inspect the squeegee blades for wear and replace them if necessary. Clear any clogs in the vacuum hose. Ensure the vacuum hose is properly connected to both the squeegee and the recovery tank. If the vacuum hose is damaged, replace it. Also, check if the vacuum motor inlet screen is dirty and clean it. Make sure the recovery tank is sealed correctly; check the vacuum motor position and replace any damaged seals. Finally, if foam is filling the recovery tank, empty the tank and try using less detergent, a different detergent, or a defoamer.
