Why is there poor or no water pick-up with my Windsor Scrubber?
    • C
      chadjenkinsJul 29, 2025
Several issues can cause poor water pick-up in your Windsor Scrubber. Check for debris caught on the squeegee and remove it. Inspect the squeegee blades for wear and replace them if necessary. Clear any clogs in the vacuum hose. Ensure the vacuum hose is properly connected to both the squeegee and the recovery tank. If the vacuum hose is damaged, replace it. Also, check if the vacuum motor inlet screen is dirty and clean it. Make sure the recovery tank is sealed correctly; check the vacuum motor position and replace any damaged seals. Finally, if foam is filling the recovery tank, empty the tank and try using less detergent, a different detergent, or a defoamer.

What to do if there is little or no solution flow to the floor with my Windsor Scrubber?
    • J
      James HansonAug 2, 2025
If your Windsor Scrubber has little to no solution flow, start by checking if the solution tank is empty and fill it if needed. Ensure the solution flow is turned on and set to an appropriate level. Inspect the solution strainer for any clogs and clean it. Check the solution hoses for obstructions and clear them. For traction models, examine the solution solenoid valve for obstructions or sticking; clean or replace it as necessary.

What to do if the vacuum motor does not run or runs slowly on my Windsor Scrubber?
    • E
      Ernest ThompsonAug 7, 2025
If the vacuum motor on your Windsor Scrubber isn't running or is running slowly, first, drain the recovery tank if it's full. Then, reset the circuit breaker. Check the motor wires and connections for any looseness. If these steps don't solve the problem, the vacuum contactor might be faulty and need replacement, or the vacuum motor brushes may be worn and require replacement and commutator check.

How to improve poor scrubbing performance of my Windsor Scrubber?
    • K
      Katherine MorganAug 11, 2025
If your Windsor Scrubber's scrubbing performance is poor, start by removing any debris caught in the scrub brush. Replace the brush or pad if it's worn. For further assistance regarding detergent, brush, or pad usage, contact an equipment or application specialist. If you have a traction model, increase the brush pressure. Ensure the batteries are fully charged.

What to do if my Windsor Scrubber has no power?
    • T
      Thomas PearsonAug 14, 2025
If your Windsor Scrubber has no power, check all battery cable connections. If you have a traction model, ensure the emergency shut-off is not activated and reset it if necessary. Clean any corrosion from the battery connections. If these steps don't restore power, the main contactor or the power switch might be faulty and need replacement.

What to do if there is little or no propel in my Windsor Scrubber (traction model)?
    • M
      mcclureadrianaAug 25, 2025
If your Windsor Scrubber (traction model) has little to no propel, ensure the batteries are charged. Make sure the directional control buttons are in neutral before turning on the machine; if not, allow the button to return to neutral and then restart. If the controller has overheated, allow it a cool-down period. Check the motor wires and connection for any looseness.
