8.1 Cleaning the warewasher during operation
Caution
Risk of chemical burns due to chemicals
After the wash, wash water with chemicals continues to adhere to the filters and wash arms.
Ø Wear protective clothing, protective gloves and protective goggles.
During the work day:
The filter cassette (Figure 2) is available only for warewashers without a pre-wash zone.
