Putting in rinse aid:
If the DOS indicator on the machine's operating panel lights up, you must add rinse aid.
Only use rinse aid that is designed for commercial dishwashers.
We recommend using products developed by Winterhalter Gastronom. These are espe-
cially designed for Winterhalter Gastronom dishwashers.
Flip down the bottom panel toward you.
The reserve container is marked "Klarspüler / Rinse aid / Produit de rinçage".
Add rinse aid up to the "MAX" marking.
Then flip the bottom panel back up again.
As soon as the program key (6) turns green, tank and boiler are up to heat.
The machine is now ready to run.
