1 Purpose
The Winterhalter Gastronom GS 310 cutlery rinsing machine may only be used to rinse cleaned cutlery.
The cutlery must be brought into a thoroughly hygienic condition before rinsing in the GS 310 (for example,
by washing it in a dishwasher).
Rinsing in the GS 310 cleans salts and other residues from water off of the cutlery so that it can dry without
spots and needs no more polishing.
The GS 310 cutlery rinsing machine may not be used to clean cutlery.
Alterations of the design or intended purpose of the GS 310 cutlery rinsing machine undertaken without the
written permission of Winterhalter Gastronom GmbH shall cause the warranty and product liability to termi-
nate.
If damage should occur to the GS 310 cutlery rinsing machine due to non-observance of these instructions,
no warranty claim may be brought against Winterhalter Gastronom GmbH.
In the rest of these operating instruction the GS 310 cutlery rinsing machine will simply be referred to as
"machine" in order to make the text easier to understand.
2 Safety tips
Do not use the machine until after you have read and understood the operating instructions. Let Winterhalter
customer service tell you how to use and work with the machine.
The symbols are used:
Warning! Not adhering to the instructions can endanger persons, for instance, owing to elec-
trical production equipment and facilities.
Attention! Not adhering to the instruction can cause damage to property.
No drinking water! The water in the machine is not for drinking.
