10.2 Malfunctions calling for the Winterhalter customer service
red flashing light: the temperature in the boiler or the tank is higher than 95° C.
Warning, hot surface! Switch off machine immediately. The fault symbol will appear (3)
and the fault code Err 2 or Err 3. Switch off the main switch.
Notify the Winterhalter customer service immediately.
If internal faults should combine to make the machine dysfunctional so that it may no longer be run, the ma-
chine will switch off automatically and display a fault code.
