5.4.2 Setting the water hardness
To set the water hardness, the appliance must be in the Off position,
> Keep the x2 button D pressed down for around 5 seconds. The x2 button will flash rhythmically.
The number of pulses corresponds to the actual setting.
> Press the x2 button D repeatedly.
The setting changes each time you press the button
Flashing signal Hardness Ca and Mg ions
ttt 0 – 7° dH <1.3 mmol/
tttttt >7 – 14° dH >1.3 – 2.5 mmol/l
ttttttttt >14 – 21° dH >2.6 – 3.8 mmol/l
tttttttttttt >21° dH >3.8 mmol/l
> Press the On/Off button H to save the correct water hardness.
Programming is now complete.
> When setting the water hardness, do not pause for longer than 10 seconds,
otherwise the appliance will switch off automatically and will retain the value that was set originally.
However, you can check the setting at any time by repeating the first step of the setting.
