5. OPERATION
The Coffee Urn is designed to keep liquids hot and therefore should be used only to keep coffee and other
liquid drinks hot. Liquids must be hot before placing in this urn.
All coffee urns can be used with either safety paste burners or with the appropriate electric heating elements.
The hot plates are self-regulating, without a thermostat, to protect against overheating and at the same time
save energy.
