fit correctly.

WARNING
Cooking safely with your Fusiontec cookware
Please note that Fusiontec is an excellent conduc-
tor of heat and that the surfaces therefore get very
hot after a short time when cooking and frying on
the hob as well as when used in the oven.
Always use suitable, heat-resistant oven gloves
to avoid injury.
For safety reasons, always use the grip edges to
carry the cookware, and be careful not to touch
anybody else with it.
You must use the handles and ensure a firm grip
when moving or carrying hot cookware.
Only place the hot cookware on heat-resistant
surfaces (never on synthetic material).
Never leave hot cookware unattended.
Keep children away from the hob while cook-
ing. Never allow children to handle the cook-
ware unsupervised.
Do not touch the surface of the hob immedi-
ately after cooking. This also applies to induc-
tion hobs. The cooking area gets hot due to the
recovered heat of the cookware base.
When deep frying, make sure you do not close
the lid on the cookware. The hot fat could foam
over and cause severe burns.
Never extinguish burning fat with water. Use
alid to extinguish the flames or cover with
awet tablecloth in an emergency.
Always hold the lid of the cookware at the
handle when removing. Never open the lid to
the side or towards your body. The steam should
always be able to escape away from the body!
WARNING
Handling hot fat correctly
Thoroughly dab food dry before frying it in hot
fat in order to avoid burns caused by hot oil
splashes.
Do not overheat the fat.
