3.2| INFORMATION FOR GLASS CERAMIC HOBS
Keep the cooking area clean so that no dirt resi-
dues can get between the bottom of the cookware
and the hob. This could scratsch the glass ceramic
surface. Use the hotplate size that corresponds
with your cookware for optimum use of energy.
3.3| INFORMATION FOR GAS HOBS
Use the gas burner size that corresponds with
your cookware for optimal use of energy. Adjust
the gas flame so that the flame only comes into
contact with the base of the cookware and does
not extend beyond it, to prevent damaging the
handles.
3.4| INFORMATION FOR INDUCTION HOBS
Please note: induction is a very rapid heat source.
Never heat empty cookware as it can be damaged
by overheating. Cooking at high temperatures
may produce a humming noise. This noise occurs
for technical reasons and does not indicate that
your hob or cookware is faulty.
4| PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
4.1| TIPS FOR ROASTING AND BRAISING MEAT
Dab the food carefully before you fry it. to avoid
hot oil splashes. Do not overheat the fat. When
frying with fat and braising, always put the fat into
cold cookware and then heat it up on a high heat.
Distribute the fat evenly by rotating the pot.
When streaks appear in the fat or it starts to
bubble slightly, add the meat to the cookware and
press it onto the base.
Reduce the heat setting of the hob and wait until
the protein has coagulated and the pores of the
meat have sealed. As soon as an appetizing crust
has formed, the meat will detach itself from the
base and you can turn it easily and finish frying
according to your taste.
