How to troubleshoot GLV actuators error on a Wolf CGS-2-14/120L?
- JJason MooneySep 10, 2025
If your Wolf Boiler displays 'GLV actuators', it could be due to flue gas recirculation, an incorrect gas type setting, an incorrect gas restrictor, a faulty gas valve, or a faulty fan. Check the flue path inside and outside the appliance for leaks or blockages, and check for wind effect. Check the gas type setting on the gas valve and the AM/BM-2. Remove the gas valve retainer and check that the correct gas restrictor is fitted. Check the gas valve's cables, plugs, power supply, and switching, replacing valves as necessary. Check the fan for bearing damage, cables, plug-in connections, power supply, and switching, and replace the fan if faulty.
