BURNER PAN INSTALLATION
Install the Burner Pan(s)
Place the burner pan(s) onto the unit.
KNOB REMOVAL
Remove the Knob
Pull the knob straight off of the shaft.
KNOB INSTALLATION
Install the Knob
Push the knob onto the valve shaft.
BEZEL REMOVAL
To remove the bezel, first remove:

Knob
Remove the Bezel
1 Use a T-15 Torx bit to remove the bezel mounting screws.

Remove the bezel from the bullnose.
BEZEL INSTALLATION
Install the Bezel
1 Place the bezel over the bullnose.
2 Use a T-15 Torx bit to install the bezel mounting screws.
BULLNOSE REMOVAL
To remove the bullnose, first remove:

Burner grate(s) (one for 36" units, two for 48" units)

All burner caps
3 All burner assemblies
4 Burner pan(s) (one for 36" units, two for 48" units)
5 All knobs
6 All bezels
Remove the Bullnose
1 Use a

" socket to remove the nuts holding the bullnose
mounting brackets to the bullnose PEM studs.
