Also, check that the set speed is higher than the crank speed, and if a speed signal is present, measure the actuator output duty cycle. If the duty cycle is not greater than 5%, restore all parameter values to factory default settings and crank the engine again. You might also need to adjust the magnetic pickup (MPU) gap if the MPU speed signal isn't present (it should read 2.0 VRMS minimum) or try reversing the MPU leads. Finally, increase the set speed and turn on the fuel source.
