FAULT CONDITIONS:
The 'Demand' and 'Lockout' lights can indicate some
basic fault conditions:

Light ON; demand for heat from the heating/hot
water system
Light OFF; boiler not firing, no demand from
heating/hot water system

1 Check the oil level in the oil storage tank
2 Press reset button (E). Boiler should fire
3 If no response, wait 2 minutes - press reset
button (E) again
4 If lock out light stays on, do not attempt further
resets. Contact your service engineer for advice.

1 Ensure there is a power supply to the boiler
2 Check the programmer is set to on
3 Press reset buttons (F) for heating
4 If the demand light remains off, contact your
service engineer for advice.
ACCESSING RESET BUTTONS:
PULL BOTTOM OF
FRONT PANEL OUT AND
LIFT TO REMOVE
