1. Apply a bead of sil icone seal ant approximately 6 mm
10.25 in . l di amete r arouncHhe outside of the blanking off
cap and agai nst the wa ll mounting plat e. See Fig. 6.
2. Lift the appliance onto 1he wall m oun ting plate. Engage
the two supp ort ta bs into 1 he slots in t he back of the
appliance casi ng . Locete the three M6 studs and blanking
of f cap on the wall mount i ng plate into th e back of the
appl i ance casing. F asten t he a pp li ance to the wa ll
mounting plate with tl'le t hree M6 nuts and washers
previous ly rem oved.
3. Remove the fan and flue h ood asse mb ly:
(a~ Disconne ct the elec tr ica l connec t io n to the fan at th e plug
in t erminal st rip.
{b} Eas e the flexible tube f rom th e left hand side of the fan
ho using.

4. Cut and measure the ai r duct assem bly as fo llows :

wa ll. See fig. 22 . The over all le ngth of 11 0 mm (4 . 5 in.)

34 mm( L + l.3i n. )
(b) Re
du ce the stan dard air duct to the req uired leng th . Cut
surplus f rom pi !lin end. Do not cut expanded end. See Fig.
16.

ro lled s top channel. Using the holes in the ex panded en d
of the air du ct as a guide, drill thr ough the ada ptor and fl ue
te rm inal with the 3mm drill supplied. Se cure the assembly
togetherwiththetwoNo . 6 x 10 mmse lft appi ngsc re ws .

5. Cut and ass emb le the f lue duct as f ollows:
(a) Redu ce the 60 mm (2.4 in.} di am eter st and ard f lue d uc t
toth e required leng th . The overall l ength of the s t!lndard
ll ue duct for the installation will be L + 260 mm (L +
10 . 25 in.).
(b) Cut th e surplus fr om the p la in e nd, do n ot c ut the
expanded end. See Fig. 16.
(c) Slide the flue cl am pi ng ri ng or:to the f lue duct and l oca te
at the expanded e nd cfthe d uct w ith the ch amfer against
th e expanded end. Se e Fi g. t 6.

Ass em ble the flue duct Into t he ai r duct and engage th e
end of the flu e duct i nto the fl ue terminal. See Fig. 17.

7. Rearrange the fl ue duct hous i ng position for si de flue
applica tion. A ep l acethef lue hood assembly . Fit t he fl ue
assembly and rep lace th e tan as sem bly as fol lows: .

a) Un sc rew the four M 5 screws sec uring the flue duct
housing o nt o the flue ho od. Rearrange the flue outlet to
t he required si de flue p osi t io n. R epl a ce the four M5
screws .

Replace the flue hoo d asse mb ly. Ensure the t wo M4 bo lt s
are c or rect ly l ocated and secure with the t wo M4 w ing

ut s and wa shers previous ly rem c ved.

together w it h the clampi ng ring and th e two M4 exte nsi on
wi ng bolts previ ously rem ov ed . See Fig. 15.

8 . Re

9 . Replace
the cabin et side panel. Loc ate the bo tt om keybo le
sl ot ove r the M5screw andtighten. To e ng age pa nelit wil l
ne ed to be t il ted to allow engagement on to the b ot tom
sc r ew . Screw theM 5 ca pti ve ex t ension s cre w at t he t op
ins ide edge of the side pane l t o the rear of the appli ance .
10 . Fit theM 5 h exagon he L)ded scr ew pr evio usly retai ned to
the fr ont inside ed ge of each s id e panel a nd lo ca te it to th e
elec
tr ic al control panel.
