9. For Railcars with Rolling Capstans, remove the Pivot Locking Pin from the
GO-A13-HA's straight position pin hole, and push/pull the Pivot Pull Switch
to the pivot position. This will cause the GO-A13-HA's tires to rotate parallel
to the Railcar.
10. Secure the Pivot Locking Pin in the PIVOT lock pin hole. Make sure the Pin is
fully seated so that no more than 1/4" of the Pin protrudes above the Pivot
Guard.
Keep your hands off the Throttle Lever until it is
time to start the Opener. Plant feet firmly, and
always keep both hands on the handle while
operating the GO-A13-HA Opener.
