  If your WORKZONE TITANIUM Air Compressor starts but isn't building pressure, the non-return valve may be leaking. It is suggested to have a service center replace the non-return valve. Damaged seals could also be the cause; in this case, you should check the seals and have any damaged seals replaced by a service center. Another potential issue is a leaking drain plug for condensation water; tighten the screw by hand and check the seal, replacing it if necessary.

Insufficient supply voltage may also be the cause, so ensure that any extension cables used are not excessively long. Also, the compressor might not start if the outside temperature is below +5° C. Finally, the motor may be overheated; allow it to cool down, and if necessary, identify and resolve the cause of the overheating.
