Laser START Button
Press to begin the laser marking process.
THE MARKING SYSTEM WILL NOT BECOME ACTIVE IF THE SAFETY SWITCHES ARE NOT
FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. AT NO TIME SHOULD ANY OF THE SAFETY FEATURES OF
THIS MACHINE BE BYPASSED OR REMOVED.
USB Port
Used for USB access to the computer.
Emergency Stop Button
Commonly known as an E-Stop button, allows for process interruption during the marking
procedure.
AT NO TIME SHOULD ANY OF THE SAFETY FEATURES OF THIS MACHINE BE BYPASSED
OR REMOVED.
Front Access Door
Provides the operator access to the marking area inside of the enclosure.
ALL DOORS ARE EQUIPPED WITH SAFETY INTERLOCKS, WHICH IF INTERRUPTED, WILL
CREATE AN E-STOP WARNING. AT NO TIME SHOULD ANY OF THE SAFETY FEATURES
OF THIS MACHINE BE BYPASSED OR REMOVED.
Laser Mounting Plate
Plate to which the laser marking device will be attached. (Section 3.2 Step 11)
LED Light
Assists the operator with visibility if needed inside the enclosure. Mounted underneath the laser
mounting plate.
Cable Entry Block
Used to securely allow electrical cables to pass into and from the rear of the enclosure,
providing a safe and light-tight seal when the laser is in operation. (Section 3.2 Step 7)
Rear Access Panel
Provides a means for rear entry into the enclosure. (Section 3.2 Step 7)
Fumex Attachment
Attachment in which allows a hose to be connected to the enclosure from the Fumex machine.
Located on the back bottom pane. (Optional)
