SECTION C: DATABASE MANAGEMENT
The database service stores both static and historical data from
weld controls. Example; weld history, graph history, fault history
etc.
DATABASE MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS:
1. To backup the database, click the Create Backup button. The
View-R status window will indicate the process being carried
out with “Waiting for database backup to complete...”.
2. When backup is completed, the Database Management
window will be populated with the information and a time
stamp.
BLACK: User Managed

RED: System Managed
backup
BY DEFAULT, ONLY 1 OF THE MOST RECENT SYSTEM BACKUP IS
DISPLAYED. SYSTEM BACKUPS ARE CREATED AT 3:00 AM LOCAL
TIME EACH DAY. MANUAL BACKUPS ARE ONLY LIMITED BY THE
AVAILABLE DISK STORAGE SPACE.
