Chapter 7: VIEW-R SOFTWARE UPDATE PROCEDURE
Contact your WTC account representative and request the update
file(s). Two files are required only when updating from version 1.x.x. All
other updates require a single file. Save the file(s) in your designated
directory for firmware.
STEP 1: MINI UPDATE (ONLY WHEN UPDATING FROM V 1.X.X)
1.1 ) Launch the View-R interface via the IP address and scroll
down to Update section. Click Browse.
IMPORTANT
WHEN UPDATING VIEW-R FROM VERSION 1.X.X IT IS IMPORTANT TO
FOLLOW THE TWO-STEP PROCEDURE LISTED BELOW. FOR VERSION 2.X.X
AND GREATER PROCEED TO STEP 2.
