Problem
Document not fed.
Cause 1
Document sensor jammed or missing.
Solution 1
Check the document sensor, refer to GP 10. If necessary install new parts, PL 1, PL 2.
Cause 2
LSU cover guide out of position.
Solution 2
Ensure that the LSU cover guide is installed correctly.
