Queues
The Xerox Nuvera Copier/Printer has ONE (1) print queue with
preset defaults.
The Xerox Nuvera Digital Production System offers multiple print
queues. Multiple queues enables you to create and assign properties
to specific queues based upon your workflow requirements.
The Queue Manager button, in the Manager area, enables access to
features to create and manage print queues. Queues are virtual
printers that, based upon their settings, assign properties and actions
to submitted jobs
Queues can be set to:
Accept Jobs allows for jobs to be sent to the systems
Do Not Accept Jobs rejects all submitted jobs
Release Jobs releases jobs as they are submitted
Do Not Release Jobs holds all jobs as Pending
Practice
For Xerox Nuvera Production System:
Create a new queue.
Install the new queue as a virtual printer on a workstation
Submit a job to the new queue
