Print from File
The Print from File Services (or Print) button enables access to
features to print files from CDs or networked servers.
1. Click on the Print from File (Print) button.
2. Open the CD access door and open the CD drive.
3. Load a CD with files in any of the following formats: PDF,
PostScript, PCL, TIFF, ASCII.
4. Click on the Settings (or Files) tab and click the Browse button.
5. Navigate to the CD-ROM drive.
6. Navigate and select the file you want to print.
7. Click OK and set job properties.
8. Click the Green Start button.
9. To eject the CD. Click System: Eject CD.
Practice
 Load a CD with a PDF file and use the mouse to navigate to the
file and print it.
 Remove the CD.
