1. Fan the paper to eliminate pa-
per adhesion (especially in high
humidity or high temperature
environments).
2. Check the position of Skew Ad-
justment Levers. The levers
should be retracted.; refer to
Skew Adjustment Levers (Trays
6 and 7).
3. Replace the tray feed rolls
(feed, retard, nudger); refer to
Replacing the Feed Rolls for the
OHCF (Trays 6 and 7).
4. If problem still persists, contact
the Customer Support Center
