Enter the command ipconfig/all to display the IP configuration information. Note the Connection-specific DNS Suffix (domain name) and the DNS Servers IP address. To verify connectivity, type ping followed by the IP address of the DNS server; you should receive a reply. Also, type ping followed by the IP address of the default gateway to verify connectivity with the default router; a reply should also be received. Finally, check that the DNS Server and Default Gateway settings are correctly configured on the printer.
