Height Inserts are installed in

The cover must be aligned
with Labyrinth Groove and

Push joint against gear to remove gap.
Tighten setscrew onto gear flat spot.

During initial assembly, there is no need to check gear mesh or diff play.
Fitment should not be checked until suspension holders are installed on
the bulkheads and the complete assembly is mounted to the chassis. All
parts have specifically designed tolerances for proper operation once fully
assembled. After assembly, check for free rotation of all drivetrain parts
and non-binding movement of the suspension.
