3. Quick start
Please read the following instructions to quickly align the satellite dish. The
first time you will use the Satmeter HD Combo Plus you will need to charge it.
1. Before using the Xsarius Satmeter HD Combo Plus you should charge the satellitemeter for about +/- 5 hours.
2. Visit www.dishpointer.com. Your able to fill in your address and select the satellite you wish to receive. You will get
all the required information like the Azimuth.
3. Place the dish in the desired location. The dish needs clear sight towards the south east.
4. Connect the connecting of the combo meter to the LNB or switch.
5. Close the mainmenu by pressing the “Exit” button. Press the F1 button to open the electronic compass.
You can use the compass to determine the right direction (Azimuth) of your dish.
6. If you want to measure cable or terrestrial signals, you should connect this signal on the T2 / C2 connector.
