a.Decomposition of the front wheel

Remove the bearing using the normal bearing
extraction tool ③.
Handle the wheels carefully to avoid
damaging the disc brakes，replace them
if they are damaged.

2.Installation
●Disc brake
20～30N·m

Make sure the right and left axle sleeves are
assembled correctly.
3.Locking
●Front axle②
50～60N·m
Before Locking The Nut, Move The Fork
Several Times To Check Its Working
Condition.
Make Sure The Disc Brake Pump And The
Disc Brake Pump Tubing Are Properly
Installed.

When disassembling, proceed
in the following order.
Installation takes place in reverse
order of removal.
Hold the front wheel off the ground
with proper support.
Lock diagonally with M8 hexagon step bolts.
