Function definition: the speed adjustment is achieved by turning the output of 0.8V - 4.2V or so continuous
linearly changing voltage signal.
Common fault: throttle failure (turn throttle no response)
Diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures for the fault:
Performance check: Using the multimeter DC
voltage test transfer input signal voltage,
should comply with: 0.5V.
1.Check the wiring terminals.
2.Wire check.
3.Check the hall device.
Judge turn OK
Performance check: Using the meter DC
voltage test transfer output voltage, should
comply with: low-end 0.8± 0.1V, high-end
3.6± 0.1V.
4.Check the wiring terminals.
5.Wire check.
6.Check the hall device.
Plug-in appearance: no breakage, no
oxidation of internal terminals, no rust, no
breakage.
