Static balance adjustment
After replacing the outer tire or hub, tire balancing
should be carried out.When balancing the tire,
the disc brake works with the tire.
a.Remove
●Counterweight on tire
b.Place the tire on the appropriate holder
c.Finding focus

Adjustment steps:

1.At the relative position of point "X", a counter-
weight is installed
2.Rotate the tire upwards until the "X" sign moves
up to the (90°) position
3.Relax the tires and check that the "X" position is
parked in the same position (90° position).If not,
replace the other counterweight until it is
balanced.
1.Rotate the tire and wait for the tire to stand still
2.Make an "X1" mark at the bottom of the tire
3.Then turn the tire upwards so that the "X1" mark
moves up to the 90° position
4.Relax the tire and wait for it to stand still, making
an "X1" mark at the bottom of the tire
5.Repeat the b.c and d. steps above several times
until the marks are at the same point
6.This position is the focus "X”
e.Tire balance check
1.Turn the "X" dots on the tire to each location on
the left image
2.Check that the "X" point is stationary in each
position, and if not, adjust the tire balance
