Insert the BackSwing into the hitch receiver, ensuring alignment.

Install Hitch Bolt and Lock Washer

Install the hitch bolt and lock washer, tightening fully with a wrench.

Install HitchLock

Install the HitchLock and secure it by locking with the key.

Install Spring Pin

Cut the zip tie and install the spring pin using a wrench.

Secure Latch Assembly

Align the latch, insert the pin, and secure with an e-clip.

Install Stabilizer Bolt and Nut

Loosely install the stabilizer bolt and nut, without fully tightening.

Install Attached Product

Install any attached product into the BackSwing according to its instructions.

Operation

Open BackSwing

Lift lever, open latch, pull pin, and swing open until locked. Listen for click.

Close BackSwing

Stand clear, lift lever, swing closed, and close latch.

Adjust and Removal

Adjust Safety Latch

Loosen bottom nuts, adjust top nuts for no gap, then retighten bottom nuts.

Remove BackSwing from Hitch

Ensure latch is closed, loosen stabilizer, remove hitch lock, remove bolt, and remove BackSwing.
