READ THESE WARNINGS!
SECURE THE LOAD FOR TRAVEL.
• Loosen the knob
and push the
extension back in.
• Tighten the
knob again.
FAILURE TO PERFORM SAFETY CHECKS BEFORE
DRIVING AWAY CAN RESULT IN PROPERTY
DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH.
BEFORE DRIVING AWAY:
✓ Be sure all hardware is secured
according to instructions.
✓ Be sure the extension is completely
pushed in and tightened.
✓ Secure front and rear
of long loads to ends
of vehicle for safe
transport.
ATTACHMENT HARDWARE CAN LOOSEN
OVER TIME. CHECK AND TIGHTEN IF
NECESSARY, BEFORE EACH USE.
Test movement by rocking
boat. If loose, tighten
hardware and straps.
CENTER THE
BOAT OVER THE
RACKS.
Follow accessory
instructions to
secure the boat to
the vehicle.
SLIDE THE EXTENSION BACK INTO THE CROSSBAR.
TEST THE
INSTALLATION.
