Guidelines for compatible tow ball dimensions and specifications, including tongue width and height.
Examples of tow balls that are not compatible with the carrier, such as Duo and Multi Ball types.
Install tow ball, place carrier onto tow ball, and unfold carrier until a click is heard.
Unfold lights and wheel trays, attach number plate using spacers, and tilt carrier for light plug access.
Connect the light plug to power supply and reposition/lock the carrier to the tow ball.
Attach frame grabs to bike frames, configure for multiple bikes, and secure bikes with wheel straps.
Unlock the carrier with keys and disconnect the light plug from the hitch power supply.
Fold in lights and wheel trays, then fold the carrier up towards the vehicle.
Safely remove the folded carrier from the tow ball hitch.
