1. Make sure the tailpiece is in horizontal position. Use the thumbturn to
adjust if needed.
2. Slide the tailpiece through the deadbolt latch slot.
3. Press the lock against the mounting plate, adjusting its position until
it clicks into place and the bottom of the lock is held in place.
4. Tighten the two pre-installed screws.

When fully tightened, lock should be flush to door.
