plies a rich mixture required to start the
engine.

RECOIL STARTER HANDLE
(If equipped)
Pull the handle gently until resistance is felt.
Then vigorously pull the handle straight out
to crank the engine to start it.

Moving the tiller handle sideways to adjust
the steering direction. In addition, this han-
