INDICATOR
These
peak
indicator
LEDs
warn
of
impending
clipping
by
flashing
whenever
the
pre-fader
signal
reaches
a
level-3dB
,
below
clipping
level.
Ө
GAIN
CONTROL
Adjusts
channel
input
sensitivity
for
optimum
matching
with
the
input
source.
Input
sensitivity
can
be
varied
between
—20
and
—60dB,
according
to
the
level
of
the
source
signal.
The
optimum
gain
setting
for
the
best
balance
of
signal-to-
noise
ratio
and
dynamic
range
is
achieved
when
the
peak
indicator
flashes
only
occasionally
with
the
channel
fader
@
set
around
“10”
on
its
scale.
