9. Press the Engine START/STOP switch
(Figure 25, (2)) and power on the
starter.
• When the engine starts, the VC20
display will show the screen with
engine conditions (Figure 28).

Note:
1. Concerning the control head “SEL” lamp.
For Multi-Station: the “SEL” lamp will
flash and for Single Station: the “SEL”
lamp will come on.
2. Pressing the Engine START/STOP
switch when the “SEL” lamp is flashing
allows the station to be selected as the
engine is started.
3. The engine will not start or stop if the
Power switch is OFF. The Power switch
must be ON at all times when the
engine is running.
4. Do not press the engine START/STOP
switch except for stopping the engine.
