4. Reinstall the washer and bolt. Tighten the bolt
to the specified torque. See Special Torque
Chart on page 6-16 for specifications.
■ Installation of oil pan
1. Reinstall the oil pickup tube (Figure 6-103, (1))
using a new O-ring (Figure 6-103, (2)).

2. Apply a continuous bead of ThreeBond Liquid
Gasket No. 1207F, YANMAR Part No.
977770-1207F to the mounting surface of the
oil pan (Figure 6-104, (1)). Be sure to circle
each bolt hole.
3. Reinstall the oil pan and tighten the bolts
securely.
