keep the spring motor fully wound
The Yashica movie will run 6 feet of film
(30 seconds at 16 frames-per-secondl on a
full
motor wind. To wind the motor, grasp
the crank and
wind back-and-forth, 'as you
would wind a watch, until forward motion
... rops. Do not force it further. When
loading the camera, always keep the motor
fully wound. Wind the motor after every
shot. That way you will avoid an unexp-
ected run-down during a shot.
Avoid running the camera without film. I
NEVER run it without film at speeds
higher than 16 frames-per-second.
