When pressing the [Cycle Start] button, successful door closure latches
this station in for queuing of work. The Robot will approach this station
immediately if no work is currently being performed.
• If work is occurring in the other station, the “Cycle Start Latched” light
will illuminate green. It will turn off once the cycle begins. Assuming
there are no faults or issues during the production of the part, the
Robot will return to a safe position when the cycle is complete.
The Robot's MASTER job waits for cycle start inputs and will call jobs
based on the [Cycle Start] button pressed. This job also controls the
frequency of torch cleaning if that option is included in the cell.
The CLEAN job can only be called while the station 1 barrier door remains
closed.
