5-2 Setting Parameters for Communication
Run/Stop and Frequency Selection
The run/stop command and frequency reference command can be accessed through serial
communication, the digital operator, or the external terminals. The origin of the run/stop command
does not have to be the same as the origin for the frequency reference command. Parameter n002
allows you to set up the origin of the run/stop and frequency reference. Parameter n002 is Modbus
register number 102h. The chart shown below illustrates the possible run/stop and frequency
reference selections.
