Why YASKAWA motoman NX100 motor overheats?
- SSheila JamesJul 27, 2025
The YASKAWA Controller motor may overheat due to several reasons. It could be caused by excessive ambient temperature; ensure it's below 45° C (104° F), as the positioner's operating range is 0 to 45° C (32 to 113°F). Another cause might be a dirty motor surface, so clean it. Also, check the motor connections and correct them if the motor is overloaded.
