NOTES:
1. For leaving brine temperature below 40 °F (4.4 °C), contact your nearest Johnson Controls Ofce for application requirements.
2. For leaving water temperature higher than 55 °F (12.8 °C), contact the nearest Johnson Controls Ofce for application guidelines.
3. The evaporator is protected against freezing to -20 °F (-28.8 °C) with an electric heater as standard.
4. For operation at temperatures below 25 °F (-3.9 °C), the optional Low Ambient Kit will need to be installed on the system
(for YCAL0043-0065).
5. For operation at temperatures above 115 °F (46.1 °C), the optional High Ambient Kit will need to be installed on the system.
SECTION 5 – TECHNICAL DATA
Excessive ow will cause damage to the
cooler. Do not exceed max. cooler ow.
Special care should be taken when mul-
tiple chillers are fed by a single pump.
Voltage Limitations
The following voltage limitations are absolute and
operation beyond these limitations may cause serious
damage to the compressor.
