RS485 serial line connection
This accessory allows connecting the air conditioning unit
to a monitoring network by means of an RS485 serial line
connection. This connection is also necessary to install the
remote terminal accessory.
Assembly
Connect the accessory to the four-pole socket base at the
right bottom angle of the display and keyboard module.
Use the 4-cable connector included. Connect to the monitor-
ing system as shown in the following diagram.
The series should end by connecting a 120 ohm 1/4 W resist-
ance between terminals TxRx+ and TtxRx-.
Attention:
- Fasten this device inside the electric panel to avoid ac-
cidental disconnection.
- Disconnect power supply before carrying out interconnec-
tions.
- Keep the serial connection cables away from the power
cables.
