For D2 dimension instrument, If set parameter bAud = 2, it can be used for AU1 + AL1
alarm output. It can apply on AI-526P, event output function, because event output
only can output by AL1 or AL2
For D2 dimension instrument, if I2 is installed and bAud = 1, then it can input on-o f f
signal to switch SV1 and SV2 (AI-526) or switching the program status RUN/Stop
(AI-526P) by connecting a switch between terminals number 3 and 5.
When I2 module was installed, the meter have following functions,
nonE : Disable event input function
reSt : Run / Stop switching function. Connected in short time, start to running
program, keep connect more than 2 sec, program switch to stop.
SP1.2 : Switching between setpoint 1 and setpoint 2 when use AI-526 or Pno=0 at
AI-526P. MIO in open status, SV=SP1, when MIO in close status, SV=SP2
PId2 : Switching 1
