If your Yuwell Medical Equipment concentrator is on but the oxygen output is weak or nonexistent, check these items: 1. Make sure the power cord is securely plugged into the wall outlet. A loose connection can cause this problem. Re-insert the power cord into wall outlet securely. 2. Inspect the humidifier bottle and cap for leaks. Re-install and tighten the humidifier cap. 3. Check if the humidifier's safety valve is open. Shake the humidifier slightly to close the safety valve. 4. Ensure the oxygen output is properly connected to the humidifier without any leaks. Re-install the humidifier tubing. 5. Examine all accessories (nasal cannula, mask, humidifier, tubing, etc.) for leaks and replace any that are leaking.
