If your Zanussi Hob won't activate or operate, there might be a few reasons: * The hob isn't correctly connected to the electrical supply. Make sure it's properly connected, referring to the connection diagram. * The fuse might be blown. If this keeps happening, it's best to contact a qualified electrician. * You may not be setting the heat setting fast enough. Try activating the hob again and setting the heat setting in under 10 seconds. * You might be touching multiple sensor fields at once. Ensure you're only touching one sensor field at a time.
